Privacy & text messages

People call us on the worst day they have had in years. What you tell us stays with us. This page explains exactly what that means.

The short version

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing. We do not discuss your situation with anyone but you. Your phone number is used to reply to you and nothing else.

If you would rather we never texted you, say so, or reply STOP to any message.

Who we are

New Path Bio LLC, a Utah limited liability company working in Utah County. You can reach us on (385) 331-1661, or through the form on our website.

This page was last updated on 18 September 2026.

What we collect

Only what we need to answer you and do the work:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • The address where the work would happen
  • What you have told us about the situation
  • Photographs of the property, where you have shown or sent them to us
  • Records of the work carried out, and the invoice

We do not ask for, and do not want, anything more than that.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to quote the work, to carry it out, to invoice you, and to keep the records a business of this kind is required to keep.

That is the whole list.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, we will reply by text. That is the only reason we would message you.

  • What we send. Replies to your questions, appointment times, when we are on our way, and anything you have asked us to confirm in writing.
  • How you opt in. By texting us first, by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, or by asking for a text reply on our contact form.
  • How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP if you need assistance, or just call us.
  • How often. It varies. We message you about your job, and nothing else. We do not send marketing texts, promotions or newsletters.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages from us is never shared with anyone.

Who we do not share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to advertisers, lead brokers or data companies. Nobody buys a list with your name on it from us, because there is no list.

There are four narrow exceptions, and they are the only ones:

  • People who help us run the business — for example the company that carries our phone service, or our accountant. They see only what they need to, and they cannot use it for anything else.
  • Licensed waste carriers, where regulated waste has to be documented by law. That paperwork records the material, not your story.
  • Your insurer or your attorney, but only if you ask us to and tell us to.
  • Where the law requires it — a court order, or a legal obligation we cannot refuse.

Photographs

We photograph our work. We have to: it is how a job is documented, and it is what an insurer or a landlord may later ask to see.

We never publish a photograph of your property, and we never use one in our advertising. Not blurred, not cropped, not "you would never know it was you". If we ever wanted to, we would ask you first, in writing, and you would be free to say no without it changing anything.

How long we keep things

Job records, invoices and the documentation the work requires are kept for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept only as long as they are useful, and then deleted.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
  • Tell us how you would rather be contacted — call, text or email — and we will use that and not the others.

Call (385) 331-1661 and ask. There is no form to fill in.

Children

Our services are for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
