Death and trauma scenes, hoarding, rodents, encampments, smoke odor and disinfection. Local and certified.
You don't have to explain. You don't have to tidy up first. Call, and we take it from here.
You don't have to know what you need, or what any of it is called. Tell us what's happened in your own words, and we'll take it from there. If we're not the right people, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
Some people would rather not have a stranger walk through their home, and that is completely understandable.
We can do the whole assessment by video call, or from photos you send us. You get the same free quote, and nobody comes to your door until you're ready.
Certified biohazard work, done properly and quietly, by people who live here.
When someone has died at home, or an accident has left something behind, it needs proper decontamination rather than ordinary cleaning. We remove what's affected, disinfect it thoroughly, take the smell away at its source, and dispose of everything correctly.
We work through the house room by room, at whatever pace suits you, keeping what matters and clearing what doesn't. Then we clean and decontaminate everything underneath. You are in charge of the pace the whole way through.
Your exterminator gets rid of the mice. What they leave behind can still make you ill, and it should never be swept or vacuumed, because that puts it into the air you breathe. We take it all out safely and treat the smell.
For property owners, managers and public agencies. Abandoned encampments leave needles, waste and contaminated material behind, and that is regulated biohazard work rather than a litter pick. We clear the site properly and document every step.
Tobacco tar sticks to walls, ceilings, cabinets and ductwork, and painting over it does not work. The smell comes back through the new coat weeks later. We wash it off properly, treat the odor at its source, and seal only where sealing is genuinely the answer.
Sometimes there's nothing to see and the room still doesn't feel right. We find where a smell is actually coming from and remove it, rather than covering it over. That's why it doesn't come back a week later.
Patrol cars, ambulances, tow trucks, trade-ins and rideshare vehicles. A detailer cleans what you can see. We decontaminate what runs down into the seams, the carpet pad and under the seats, and we document it.
Most people have never had to arrange anything like this, and not knowing what you're agreeing to is its own kind of stress. So here is the whole thing, start to finish.
Someone here picks up. Not a call center in another state. Tell us what's happened in your own words — you don't need to know what any of it is called.
Free, and about half an hour. If you'd rather nobody came to the house yet, we can do the whole thing by video call or from photos you send.
A written quote you keep, whether you go ahead or not. If we think someone else is better placed to help you, we'll say so and tell you who.
Your pace, not ours. A room at a time is fine. If you need a fortnight to think about it, take a fortnight — the quote doesn't expire on you.
Trained, certified, and quiet about it. Anything that might matter to you is set aside and shown to you before it goes anywhere.
We go through the finished work with you before we leave, and you get a completion report with photographs of what was done and where everything went.
Every job is done to a written plan, every chemical has a safety data sheet on file, and every piece of regulated waste leaves in a licensed hauler's truck with a paper trail.
Trauma and biohazard remediation. Trained to the standards this work is judged by.
Written exposure control, respiratory protection and hazard communication plans. On file, not improvised.
Regulated medical waste collected and treated by a permitted hauler. Never a dumpster.
I've always been the one who helps. It's just how I'm built. If someone is struggling, I want to be useful.
What I didn't expect was how much a clean room could matter.
I've seen what happens when someone is overwhelmed. After a death. After an illness. After years of things piling up until a house stopped feeling like a home. People stop being able to face it, and the longer it sits, the heavier it gets.
I've also seen what happens when it's finally handled properly. It isn't just a clean room. It's someone being able to breathe in their own house again, and think about what comes next.
That's the part I care about. The cleaning is the work. The relief is the point.
I started New Path so that the people who turn up on that day are trained, careful, and kind, because I know how much it matters who walks through the door.
Jeniffer Gomez, Founder
New Path was founded by Jeniffer Gomez, around one simple idea: whatever the circumstances, the people who come into your home should be discreet, kind, and good at what they do.
We work to federal OSHA standards, and everyone who works a New Path job is trained and certified before they set foot in your home. That part is not negotiable.
But doing the work properly is only half of it. We are careful with what has been left behind, and quiet about what we have seen.
We are here to help first. This company grows by taking care of people, and that is the only way we would want it to grow.
New Path is woman-owned, and based right here in Utah County. Every other biohazard company serving this area comes down from Salt Lake City or answers from a national call center. When you call us, you are talking to a neighbor.
Jeniffer Gomez completed the AMDECON CTS Decon Specialist Course on 13 August 2026, and is recognized as a Level 1 and Level 2 Bio-Technician. The course is taught by a Certified Safety and Health Official through Texas A&M TEEX, and it is renewed every year.
That training is to federal OSHA standards, and these are the ones it covers:
This is the difference between a cleaning company and a decontamination company. A cleaner is not trained to handle blood, sharps or rodent waste, and should not be asked to.
One county, thirty towns. Not a franchise, and not a national number that routes to whoever is nearest. If you are inside this shape, whoever answers the phone knows the road you live on.
Just outside the county and not sure? Call and ask. If we can't come, we'll tell you who can. (385) 331-1661
Plenty of people find it easier to write it down than say it out loud, especially the first time. That's completely fine.
Tell us as much or as little as you want. We'll read it, and we'll get back to you.
Nothing you write here is shared with anyone. It comes straight to us and goes no further.
